Weddings

Your day.
Everyone's eyes.

Your photographer gets the portraits. Your guests get everything else — the getting-ready chaos, the speech from the back table, the dance floor at midnight. fotage gathers it all into one album, at full quality, without anyone downloading an app.

Free to set up. Most weddings fit The Night pass, for up to 150 guests.

The photos you did not hire for

Your photographer can't be at every table.

While they're capturing your first kiss, your college friends are cracking up at table nine and your grandmother is dancing with your nephew. Those photos exist. They're just scattered across 120 phones, and most of them never reach you.

fotage brings them home.

The day, in five moments

From getting ready to the last dance.

  1. Before the day

    Put the code everywhere.

Add your QR code to your wedding website, welcome sign and table cards. Guests can open the album early to see what it is for.

  2. The ceremony

Keep the room in the room.

Planning an unplugged ceremony? Keep the live wall off until the reception. Uploads still work whenever guests are ready.

  3. Cocktail hour

    The first wave arrives.

Group selfies, the venue, the drinks. You'll see them on your phone between photos.

  4. The reception

    The room sees itself.

The live wall puts every new photo on the big screen. Guests see their shot appear, so they keep adding.

  5. The morning after

    The album is waiting.

Every photo and video is in the order it happened, and every original is at full resolution.

Why it works

The parts your photographer cannot cover.

Every angle from the room, in one place, at the quality it was taken.

Easy for every generation

One scan with the phone camera and a first name. If your grandparents can open a link, they can add photos.

Print-ready table cards

Download table cards, bar cards and mirror stickers with your names and QR code. Print them anywhere.

Full resolution, always

Nothing is compressed or watermarked, so guest photos are good enough to print and frame.

The reception on the big screen

The live wall turns the room’s photos into a slideshow that builds itself all night.

For the people who could not come

Share the album link with family abroad. They see the day the way your guests did.

Private by default

Only people with your link can see the album. It never shows up in search.

Keep your photographer

Made to sit alongside your photographer.

fotage collects what happens around them, from angles they cannot be at. Plenty of couples share their link with their photographer too, so the team can see what guests captured.

Planning a whole weekend? Each event gets its own album: the welcome drinks, the wedding, the farewell brunch. One event means one date, one venue and one album link. Up to 50 guests: The Table. Up to 150: The Night. Up to 300: The Whole Affair. Only guests who upload count.

Good to know

The questions everyone asks.

Still deciding? Set up a free preview, or open the sample album and try the guest flow.

Does this replace our wedding photographer?
No. fotage collects the photos your guests take. Your photographer still covers the portraits and the key moments.
What if some guests are not great with technology?
They point their phone camera at the QR code, tap the link and add photos. No account, no password, no app.
Can we put the QR code on our wedding website or invitations?
Yes. The link works before, during and after the day, so guests can find it however they like.
We are having an unplugged ceremony. Will this encourage phones?
Keep the live wall off until the reception. Guests can add ceremony-day photos later, whenever they are ready.
Are videos supported?
Yes. Guests can add videos as well as photos, and both are kept at original quality.
How long will the album be available?
12 months of hosting is included, and you can download every original at any time.
Can we use it for the rehearsal dinner too?
Yes, as a separate event with its own album and code.
Can I remove a photo?
Yes. As the host you can delete any photo or video, and guests can delete their own.
