What counts as one event?
One date, one venue, one album URL. A multi-day festival still counts as one event. A separate dinner or afterparty is another event.
When do I pay?
Create and preview for free. Pay when you publish and share the QR. If plans change before the event starts, contact us about a refund.
Do guests ever pay?
No. Guests scan, upload, view and download without an account or a card.
Can I keep the event open?
You can close uploads manually, or let them auto-close 72 hours after the start. The album stays online either way, and uploads can reopen within seven days of the first close.
What if my guest count grows?
Upgrade the pass any time before the roll closes and pay the difference. Guests never have to count themselves at the door.
Do I still get my originals?
Yes. Full-resolution photos and video, downloadable throughout your hosting period. Your history is not locked behind a subscription.
